1. Accuracy of Information
All information provided in the nomination must be true and correct to the best of the nominator's knowledge and belief.
2. Supporting Documents
The nominator and nominee agree to provide all supporting documents requested by the MIE committee, including proof of payment, curriculum vitae or resume, personal biography, identification documents, an official portrait photograph, and relevant certificates or supporting materials.
3. Right of Refusal
The Organizer has the right to refuse a nomination if any information or document submitted is found to be untrue.
4. Compliance
The nominator and nominee agree to comply with the policies, rules, regulations, and decisions of the Organizer.
5. Administrative Fee
An administrative fee of RM400 applies, subject to the payment instructions issued by the MIE committee.
6. Use of Name and Image
The nominee consents to the use of their name, voice, image, photograph, and biography in advertising, publicity, or promotional materials connected with the programme.
Clause 1: Prohibition of Brand Misuse & Fraudulent Activities
The MIE (Malaysia Influential Educators) brand, name, logo, award, and certificate must NOT be utilized to engage in, promote, or endorse any unlawful acts, financial scams, deceptive marketing, fraudulent schemes, or unauthorized business practices.
Clause 2: Revocation & Legal Action
The MIE Committee and organizer reserve the explicit right to:
-Instantly revoke and withdraw any award, certificate, or recognition without prior notice if the recipient is found involved in any illegal, unethical, or deceptive conduct.
-Pursue full legal action and remedies (including criminal reports and civil litigation for damages/reputational harm) against any party that misuses the MIE brand to perpetrate fraud or deceive the public.
